Beautiful Florist Ella and Beer Brewer Joseph
I just love a countryside engagement shoot, for Joe & Ella’s shoot I chose Greyfield Woods near Bath, I know the destination like the back of my hand as it used to be my stomping ground as a child. It’s also only a mile from my house so I can easily pop over during the day to see what the foliage is up to and plan the best route in advance of our photo shoot.
This was the couple’s first visit to the woods and it came by surprise and excitement to Joe, that the 80’s TV show ‘Robin Hood’ was filmed there, well at least some episodes were. Now, Ella & Joe and their long legged mutts are a decent-looking bunch so it wasn’t difficult to make them look good AND they were complete naturals in front of the camera; in fact they should be models!

We simply strolled around my route looking for good light and backdrops, the dogs loved every minute, I was humming away in my element and Ella & Joe were happy being loved up, it was perfection.
Can’t wait to see these two dressed in their finery for their wedding in Gloucestershire at the beautiful Elmore Court this December. Can I also add that Ella is a wedding florist so not only is she going to look stunning but Elmore Court is certain to be decked to impress as well.
