GABBY & MITCH
The sun was shining, birds were singing, and the lambs were ma-ma-ing when I arrived at Kingscote Barn in Tetbury for the wedding of Gabby & Mitch. I do love a countryside wedding especially in the stunning Cotswolds; it’s not too far to drive yet far enough to warrant a coffee stop on the way!
When I arrived at Spring Cottage the Brides team were in full getting prepped flow; Gabby had a beautiful bunch of elegant bridesmaids all kitted out perfectly with matching silk robes. My bride, who looks stunning without makeup; looked like a Hollywood A-lister by the time she was preened.
In the meantime, the Grooms team had arrived at Kingscote Barn. A young good looking bunch of lads clad in DJ’S with gold trimmings. I knew I was in for a fun day!

If you’re getting married at Kingscote Barn near Tetbury in the Cotswolds and are looking for a friendly professional wedding photographer to document your wedding day, get in touch and tell me all about your plans. I would love to shoot here again soon.

The outdoor ceremony commenced, Gabby was proudly given away by Sean her stepfather. The rings were finally exchanged once Mitch had worked out which was Gabby’s left hand, after fits of laughter the newlyweds left under a sea of confetti.
Canapes and drinks were served, I had the arduous job of rounding up the troops for the group photos. Once the list had been ticked off, I took the happy couple off for some ‘romantic photos’, before they made their grand entrance into the main barn for the wedding breakfast.
Sean engineered an emotional tribute to the married couple without using speech while the best men delivered some great ‘remember when‘ stories! The day quickly rolled into the evening, the cake was cut and the party began. I left when the skies were dark and sneaked a handful of cola bottles from the sweet table for my journey home.
