I’ve shot weddings at Wick Farm quite a few times now, but I never tire of the venue. After meeting with Rob and Hannah, I was pretty excited about shooting at the Wick Farm again. On a beautiful autumn morning in October, I made my way to Norton St Philip, a village in Somerset where Hannah had rented an AirBnB property with her family & five bridesmaids. Upon arrival, Hannah was being pampered, getting her hair and makeup perfected. Dressed in a beautiful soft lilac, the bridesmaids got the bubbles flowing, and not long after Hannah appeared looking stunning in her elegant wedding dress.

After a few shots outside the property, we made our way to Wick Farm fashionably late. Rob was waiting anxiously at the top of the aisle and was very relieved when he saw his gorgeous wife-to-be walking down the aisle alongside her father. After a lovely ceremony and a passionate first kiss, the newlyweds walked out to a grand confetti throw.

It was a perfect warmish overcast autumn day, just right for canapés & photos outside while the guests chatted. As the room was being transformed for the afternoon’s festivities, I took a few family group photos outside before taking Hannah & Rob off for a few romantic pictures.

Inside, the room looked absolutely beautiful, dressed simply in ivy with large white balloons as centrepieces. Everyone piled in and took their seats ready for a delicious meal and some emotional speeches. It wasn’t long until the sunset had set and darkness fell, so I took Hannah and Rob outside for some night time shots before they headed back inside for a spectacular first dance as Rob very literally swept Hannah off her feet! The party then started and one of the little guests took to the dancefloor with her mum for a magical ballroom dance.
